Engineer turned product and delivery leader. Eight years inside a Melbourne product studio.

I led product discovery and delivery across fifty-plus MVP, mobile and SaaS engagements, and owned the customer relationships on around fifteen concurrent strategic accounts. Over time my role expanded from hands-on product work into customer, delivery and company leadership. After a year in Paris, I'm returning to Melbourne in September 2026.

The workflow I use to build products like Velo Passport. It breaks a project into defined stages across discovery, specification, architecture, design, implementation, QA and release, with different AI agents used for different tasks and manual review points between stages.

Each project also feeds changes back into the templates, instructions and checks I use on the next one.

A small internal tool I built for reviewing Startmate First Believers applications. It combines weighted scoring with manual ranking, conviction flags and written rationale to help compare a large applicant field.

Cycling Dashboard - The Europe Year

A personal data project built from roughly a decade of Strava history, with a focus on my year riding across Europe. It combines activity and GPS data into interactive maps, trip views and before-and-after riding analysis.

Built as a self-contained HTML dashboard using the Strava API, Leaflet, SVG and vanilla JavaScript.

A connected asset-management platform for industrial fire-suppression equipment, spanning technician and configuration apps, web and tablet interfaces, cloud monitoring and predictive fault detection. The delivery involved connected hardware over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and MQTT, commissioning and service reporting, enterprise UAT and development of the ML fault-prediction capability.

Joined as Lead Product Manager, progressing to Head of Product Delivery & Customer Success, then Chief of Staff / General Manager. Across eight years I worked with fifty-plus founders and clients, managed around fifteen active strategic accounts, led company-wide certification and internal programs, and helped grow the studio from roughly $400K to $2.5M revenue and five to thirty people.

Mechanical design and project engineering for a major resources client, giving me the technical and analytical foundation I later took into product work.

How I work

I tend to stay calm when things get messy and I'm comfortable moving between leadership, customers and delivery teams. I like clear ownership, written context and raising difficult issues early rather than letting them become bigger problems.

The next environment

I'm looking for a well-run team where product and delivery matter, decisions are made reasonably quickly and people are trusted with real ownership. The exact title matters less to me than the scope, people and problem.
