Engineer turned product and delivery leader. Eight years inside a Melbourne product studio.

I led product discovery and delivery across fifty-plus MVP, mobile and SaaS engagements, and owned the customer relationships on around fifteen concurrent strategic accounts. I build the systems, hold the relationships, and turn ambiguity into execution. After a reset in Paris, I'm returning to Melbourne in September 2026.

Paris - a reset

A year of riding Europe's long-distance routes, learning French, and building. The riding surfaced the gap that became Velo Passport - a real product, shipped on a self-designed agentic build pipeline.

Launchpad App Development - Lead PM → CS & Delivery Lead → Chief of Staff / GM

Joined at ~$400K revenue, helped scale to $2.5M and five to thirty people across fifty-plus founder and client engagements. Built the company's operating systems, directed certification programs, and led a responsible wind-down during a prolonged founder absence.

Built sponsorship ROI narratives for major sports and media clients - first real exposure to translating data into commercial decisions.

Mechanical design and project engineering for a key resources client. The analytical, systems-oriented foundation everything since has built on.

How I work

Calm under pressure. Practical over theoretical. I build trust quickly and use it carefully. I'm useful when things are messy: making information flow, translating between teams, and getting the hard conversations onto the table early. Direct when needed, but not careless with people.

The next environment

Somewhere with real momentum and good people, where operating rigour is valued, product actually ships, and ownership is real. A place with pace, clear ownership and enough operating discipline to support both. Melbourne-based from September 2026, open to hybrid or remote where the fit is strong.
