Engineer-turned-operator. Eight years building the operating layer inside a Melbourne product studio.
I started as an engineer, moved into product, and became the studio's operating layer — part Chief of Staff, part GM, part delivery lead. I built the systems, held the key relationships, and turned ambiguity into execution. After a deliberate reset in Paris, I'm returning to Melbourne in September 2026 and looking for the right next environment.
